One of the dear people in the “Angles Group”, Josh, brought Pholus(5145) conjunct the MC to mind. Pholus is not an easy asteroid to have conjunct anything, really. Pholus explodes what it touches–BOOM. It was interesting. In my travels around the web, someone did a study on a plane that was blown up by Muslim terrorists. Pholus was right there. I think they had my article on Pholus as part of their references, but I can’t remember. I find my information on asteroids by studying the myths and then using the asteroids in charts. In the world of asteroids, there is much that is unexplored, so it is perfect for the lover of astrology to find a fascinating journey.
Back to our topic–Pholus conjunct the angles. The angles are very personal to each native. Anything that touches them, in our own natal chart or by synastry( the chart of another person) is felt very strongly. Perhaps, he is a whistle blower, which would be a wonderful use of Pholus. Perhaps, he shakes up the structure of the company. This could be positive or negative, of course. However, this native will be known as someone who lives large and makes a big explosion in his greater world.
