There are certain natal chart aspects which will tend toward depression. Two of them as the Moon conjunct the Asteroid Dejanira and the Child Asteroid conjunct Dejanira. I have the latter. I have never taken a medication because I am naturally oriented. I believe that things have roots. Taking a medication is like cutting off the top of the root and leaving the bottom. It is palliative, at best. It allows for the root to grow while the top has been artificially removed. Let me add a caveat that this is my experience, only. I am not telling others how to handle things like medication. It is a personal choice with one’s health care professional.For me, I try to find natural ways to deal with those things with which I struggle and these are some.
