I have had my eye on Jupiter, particularly with asteroids. I wanted to know if Jupiter acted like a fairy godmother and mitigated the harsh asteroids or if it accentuated them. I studied Jupiter in the charts for a long time before I came to my conclusion. Jupiter will make a bad asteroid worse. Jupiter will make a good asteroid better.
What do I mean? If Jupiter is conjunct Nessus, the person will have a stronger Nessus. Nessus is the asteroid of the abuser. Hence, we will have a nuclear powered abuser. Does this sound bad? I suppose it does. However, if you live in a fairy tale world, you are mentally ill, so what are we going to do 
Going on with this theme, if you have Deprez, the asteroid of depression, conjunct Jupiter, you will have more of a tendency to be depressed. If you have Dejanira conjunct Jupiter, you will have a stronger tendency to be a victim. If you have Sedna conjunct Jupiter, your betrayal by men will be taken up several notches. If you have Medusa conjunct Jupiter, your betrayal by woman and resultant hatred of men will be amplified.
On the other hand, if Jupiter conjuncts a beneficent asteroid, your positive qualities will have a shooting star quality. Jupiter conjunct Venus is pure, outpouring love. I can feel this in people and love the feeling. Any of the love asteroids conjunct Jupiter amp up the person’s personal love vibe. This is glorious
